The open-plan office space is shared between two design studios: E3 (E Cube Design) and ADP (Arch Design Phenoms) Architects & Associates. ADP is full of vibrant, rational design while E3 is defined by the green painted wall symbolizing its focus on green design and sustainability consulting. ADP provides a open studio place for partners & designers to work together in the same space with shared meeting areas and material library. E3's office integrates the idea of recycling old ancient furniture and architectural elements with contemporary stark design.

"High Techonology office with concept of reuse infused with new energy"
Zeasn General Office was relocated to a new space to accomodate for its growing business. The existing partitions of new site and most finishes and the existing furniture and decor from previous office site were also reused while bringing in new design elements to align with its new corporate brand image and to maximize flexibility of space usage. The new logo wall gives a strong image of the intensity of high technology. The open space office encourages collaboration between colleagues while the conference room is designed for versatile meeting functions and also practical storage space for hardware equipment.

"Energetic & Transparent Lab Office with Industrial Quality in Exposure of Modularity and Raw-ness"
Zeasn Company claimed another space in the same building as its general office for the purpose of providing lab space particularly for TV application software testing, storage for LED TVs which require high standard of M&E, and more office and meeting spaces. The company signature color orange is used as highlights throughout the spaces to bring vivacity to the high-tech industrial color palette of grey, black and white. The TV storage racks are specially designed as display walls creating subtle partitions while allowing viewing transparency and natural lighting.
